Pultruded profiles
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material manufactured by using glass fibers as the reinforcing material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as an external wrapping layer. The material is thoroughly impregnated, then heated and shaped within a metal die to achieve curing, and finally pulled through the die under the traction of a puller. These profiles exhibit excellent physical properties and are well suited for applications requiring high strength and long spans.
