Polished smooth type
The company's products have successfully passed the ASTM E-84 fire test, as well as the quality certification of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and the Det Norske Veritas (DNV) certification. Under strict quality control in the production process, the product pass rate is as high as 99.8%, and the company has obtained the ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification.
Pultruded fiberglass grating
Pultruded fiberglass grating is a type of open‑cell panel fabricated by using pultrusion‑molded “I”‑, “T”‑, and other profile sections as load‑bearing members, with solid tubular or bar‑shaped connectors serving as cross‑bars, assembled through a specific manufacturing process.

Pultruded fiberglass grating shares most of the characteristics of molded fiberglass grating, yet it also exhibits distinct differences. Most notably, its load-bearing bars contain a high glass fiber content (65%–70%), which gives it a significant advantage over molded fiberglass grating when used in long-span applications. This results in reduced foundation support requirements and lower overall project costs.
Chemical resistance:
High-quality ortho-, meta-, and vinyl ester resins, combined with pultruded fiberglass grating reinforced with surface matting, deliver excellent corrosion resistance.
Lightweight:
Pultruded fiberglass grating weighs only about one-quarter as much as steel, making it extremely easy to handle and thereby reducing handling costs.
High intensity:
Pultruded gratings consist of approximately 35% resin and 65% glass fiber by weight, resulting in an exceptionally high strength-to-weight ratio.
UV resistance:
Pultruded gratings are formulated with UV‑stabilizing agents and incorporate a polyester surface mat to achieve optimal UV resistance.
Flame retardant:
It exhibits flame-retardant performance with an ASTM E‑84 Class 1 rating and an oxygen index of 25 or higher. (As required by the project.)
Other outstanding performance characteristics:
Impact-resistant, maintenance-free, easy to process, slip-resistant and safe, as well as electrically insulating and thermally insulating.
Phenolic Grating Characteristics
